Built the team of out of the box thinking individuals to model the company operations, product and revenues to find out important variables, coefficients and ratios and find correlations among available variables. We managed to optimise business process built a proper asset management model, found and improved ineffectiveness of particular elements of existing system. Implemented methodology and tools helped in identifying and streamlining gaps. At the very end our work positively influenced the customers bottom line.
