Built appropriate online marketing tools and local language sites, marketing materials that supported customers objectives.  We decided in a big portion to use Internet technologies to do the job. Since we considered the project success was depending on the popular search engines . Our goal was to create appropriate and optimized marketing content translated to all local languages. We met the agreed with customer on KPIs that were correlated with the real orders.

We managed to achieve appearance on first pages of the popular Search Engines in 3 months preparing and working with marketing materials and promoting them on blogs.

Goal: To find a target company, estimate the capital expenditure and synergies

Customer asked us to help in identification of the potential target companies and perform due diligence processes in financial and technical scopes upon the selected ones. While acquiring a target company the future investor wanted to know what is the current asset status and the cost structure. Additionally he wanted to have a clear view on type of capital expenditures need to be incurred in order to sustain the future customer base growth. We managed to deliver the accurate numbers including synergy savings so customer had a good view on the deal and had additional knowledge and power to negotiate the acquisition conditions.

Mapping the activities and actors and creating the operational processes. Vendor search, FRI, RFP polling, contract documentation. Transition supervision and process monitoring. Implementing dedicated software tools like Help-desk, dispatching and financial settlement modules. Our Managed Services combined all customer care activities that ensured an efficient, stable and reliable production.

Goal: Performance optimization

Built the team of out of the box thinking individuals to model the company operations, product and revenues to find out important variables, coefficients and ratios and find correlations among available variables. We managed to optimize business process built a proper asset management model, found and improved ineffectiveness of particular elements of existing system. Implemented methodology and tools tools helped in identifying and streamlining gaps. At the very end our work positively influenced the customers  bottom line.

The customer engaged us in its regional business development strategy and requested a full support in bringing him to new geographies. As the end result we established a new operations with dedicated tools and reporting. We implemented the project team working in new markets within the 6 months from the order.
